If you are an on-going student and do not hold a relevant degree at the time of application to the Graduate School of Engineering, you can submit one of the following documents as a substitute for your degree certificate. All these documents must be the original and are issued by your university/institute. Certificate of Expected Graduation Certificate of Enrolment Provisional Degree Certificate In this case, please remind that; 1) you must provide the date that your bachelor's/ master's degree is expected to be conferred (month/year) at Form2 under the Applying tab, and 2) your certificate of graduation, degree certificate, and complete academic transcripts must be submitted during the enrolment process to the University of Tokyo. |

[Requirements on a digital portfolio] The file size of the digital portfolio should not be larger than 10MB. The portfolio must contain the followings: 1) the applicant's full CV 2) the applicant's own design work produced during his/her previous academic program(s) and his/her professional work if available. In the case of teamwork, his/her role in the project(s) must be clearly indicated. |
