T-cens Itinerary Updates at Admitted/STEP 4

-->Approximately one month before your enrolment at the University of Tokyo

  1. Update your information on the T-cens web form at the Admitted page (for degree students ) or STEP 4 (for EAP students) whenever you have any fresh news about your arrival data.
  2. After confirming your data entries, proceed to the next page.
  3. Click the icon, and you can download your itinerary.
  4. Convert your T-cens Itinerary to a PDF file, and send it to your tutor and supervisor to ensure their swift understanding of your schedule.
  5. In this way, you can easily and safely share information with them.

For students via the Exchange Student Program under Agreement with Partner Universities

  • Please visit the OICE with your tutor.

    For degree students via the Special Graduate Program at the School of Engineering

    1. Visit your ICT Admissions Desk right after your arrival in Tokyo to pick up "Enrolment Procedures Packet (paper-based)".
    2. Make your own plans for the enrolment procedures and pay attention to the deadline for each procedure.
    3. You should talk with your tutor about your plan and get their advices.
    4. Please be advised that you will need to visit some offices several times for your enrolment procedures, because it is impossible to complete your paper-works in just one visit.
